Do you want to work locally, in a dynamic and fun environment? OH NINE is looking for a Gun Bookkeeper who can hit the ground running, to join our little team!

As a systemised business and we operate using clearly laid out workflows for all of our processes so we know exactly where each client file is at in a moments notice. We don’t wear itchy brown suits, we don’t gasp when you swear and we don’t do ‘just books’. We’re a dynamic and mighty team here to make our clients lives easier, and have a bit of fun while we are at it!

 

We’re looking for someone with a bookkeeping certification with experience working on multiple files. The ability to jump from client to client is necessary. 

The Role will include but wont be limited to:

  • Getting stuck in on tasks using Xero, Karbon & Dext software.

  • End to end bookkeeping duties for various clients
    • Payroll // Superannuation .. PAYG
    • Reconciling Xero files
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Reporting
    • BAS & IAS Prep
    • Month End Procedures
    • Banks Recs
    • Customer interaction

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate about numbers and having things in their place.  Someone that takes pride in what they do on a daily basis.

We work hard but we have a whole lot of fun doing it and support each other each step of the way.

We want someone who will care about our clients business as if they were their own. We want you to be ready to surprise and delight.

We are looking for someone that has the experience and ability to jump from client to client without stress, someome who can work alone but also doesn’t mind jumping in to help out their team mates in busy periods, when they need a holiday or when their kids are sick!

Are you the next member of our team?

If you:

  • Have a Certificate IV in Finance
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Are a keen problem solver
  • Have Xero experience (this a MUST)
  • Think of yourself as organised and reliable
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have Australian Work Eligibility: Citizen or Permanent Resident
