Good news. I always have a secret stash of Maltesers to share, love sipping apple martinis with you and dedicate my days to taking care of your books. Plus, Dad’s a Licensed Builder and my bro’s an architect, so I know what’s up.
I’m also a boxing-obsessed paddleboarder who’s all about hanging out with fam, connecting with my local Cronulla community and making the OH NINE crew fall in love with me weekly (I. can’t. help. it.). I’m always up for a laugh and take care of your business books as though they’re my own.
In a past life…
I was an assistant accountant and EA to the Managing Director of a swanky furniture company for 8 years. Here I learnt how much is involved in running a business. And the true value of outsourcing to people who are as good at their craft as you are yours. I’m talking HR, marketing, accounting and – of course – bookkeeping.
I’ve taken these insights, into OH NINE to help tradies and construction and design business owners like you, in any way I can. I owe a lot to the mentors I had during this time, some who still help me out today!
Why OH NINE?
With a design background, family in the field and vivid memories of growing up in a house that was always being renovated, in a way, I’ve been on-site my whole life. Walking the plank to get to the toilet in the middle of the night was the norm. Today I help tradies keep perfect books, all before smoko.
And the name? As a super sentimental and nurturing mush cake, the name OH NINE comes from my daughter Bowie’s birthday in the 9th month of the year and my birthday on the 9th day.
After taking a break from the books…
To start a family (and get the best gift in life – my Bowie girl!), I decided to go out on my own. I’d been dreaming of starting OH NINE forever – 2019 felt like the perfect time to actually make it a reality!
On weekends, you’ll find me at the beach with Bowie after a big morning training session followed by a bevvie with friends.
Monday – Thursday 8am-4pm: Cuddling your books.

Jess Molloy

- 12 years’ experience
I thrive on structure, detail, and getting the numbers just right. There’s nothing more satisfying to me than accounts that reconcile perfectly—yes, I’m that person who genuinely loves it!
When I’m not balancing books, I’m balancing life with two busy boys. Outside of the chaos, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends and family over good food and a laugh, or in the sun with a coffee and book.

With a Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting, I help businesses take control of their finances by handling the nitty-gritty: account reconciliations, payroll, BAS prep and everything in between. If it involves numbers — I’m in my element.
When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll find me at the gym, on the soccer field or catching up with friends over brunch (usually with my third coffee in hand).

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me out on a walk, exploring new spots, or chasing down something delicious. I’m all about balance: working smart, staying curious, and always making room for the fun stuff.
